`clr_configuration` 是 OneApp 配置服务的核心 SDK,为应用配置管理提供底层的 API 封装和数据处理能力。该 SDK 封装了配置服务的网络接口、数据模型、同步机制和变更通知等功能,为上层的配置管理模块提供稳定可靠的服务支撑。
